This is a fabulous 1969 DB6 MKII, with only 4 keepers from new and lots of history.
The car is well known to us here at the Aston Workshop and we have had the privilege of handling the last two sales the first of which is dated 01/08/2000, the previous owner having had the car from 1983. It should be stressed that all of these owners are true Aston Martin enthusiasts, and that they have cherished and cared for the car regardless of cost.
The car benefited at one time from a total engine rebuild by an official Aston Martin dealer.
Other work includes, an automatic gearbox overhaul, bare-metal re-spray, sills replaced, and a stainless steel exhaust system fitted.
It’s not an exaggeration to say that this is one of the finest, original DB6 we have ever had for sale, it’s a fantastic car to drive and it looks every bit as good as it goes; the epitome of a classic Aston Martin.
