| Mr Molins (July 2011) |
"Good morning Paul,
Gerard returned last night and left the car with me to clean etc. He has asked me to convey to you his sincerest gratitiude for all that you did for him and his wife when they were there. To say that he was blown away by the experience would be an understatement and the following week in Scotland and around the UK was also excellent, the car never missed a beat despite at one point being stuck in a huge traffic jam in Glasgow for over 3 hours!
He has mentioned a small problem of noise / vibration from the rear axle at about 85-95 mph which disappears over 95 I will try the car out over the next couple of days and report back to you.
Other than that a great time was had by all.
I believe I have already sent you an email indicating where we want the car registered to , as soon as we have that we can get the car properly insured .
Now lets get onto future business lets do a deal on the silver car !!!!" |

| Mr Wilson, (April 2011) |
“I was absolutely delighted with all aspects of the servicing of my DB9.
The fact that you did not charge for new plates was noted and appreciated and also the uncharged for efforts of your paintshop to polish out some small marks on the LH rear wing. Neither of these items would have been very expensive but that is not the point.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Aston Workshop and I am really delighted to find that this level of service does still exist!
I will be back when necessary. With my thanks to you all.” |

|
| Mr G Dunn (June 2010) |
Just a quick note to thank you and any of the Aston Workshop team for the return of my car in great nick! My short drive home felt better than it ever has in the short time I have owned the car and the kind gesture of the calendar in the boot has caused great negotiating between a 5 – 14 and 17 year old boys in the house!
Hopefully will not see you soon but if I have any other issue or service I will not hesitate to ring you first. |

"Dear Anna,
Just a quick note to thank all concerned for the servicing and warranty work on my DB9. I could not have expected to receive such a friendly welcome or such exacting service. It is wonderful to know that there is a company who are as passionate about Aston Martin as I am... I would like to make a special thanks to your mechanics and technicians who have done a magnificent job. It is wonderful to know that there are experts who care about my car as much as I do, and whose work is exemplary." |

| Richard Gregory (March 10) |
Dear all
I would like to express our sincerest gratitude and deepest appreciation for the welcome extended to us yesterday. Special thanks to Louise, Paul, John, Len, Waxoyl man and everyone else in the team.
We had a fantastic day and were amazed by the incredible cars and more importantly the professional and personable people responsible. It is hard to comprehend the freedom, trust and time imparted; we are truly moved.
The insight into the techniques, skill, artistry, dedication and knowledge involved was fascinating. The anecdotes about the business, the cars and the clientele were equally amazing. We wish you all continued and well deserved success.
We were made to feel even better than royalty; like friends of an inner circle, such was the warmth, enthusiasm, patience, consideration and genuine efforts by everybody to offer an experience to be treasured.
Thanks to you, a dying man fulfilled a lifelong dream to ride in a DB5. Such has been the effect of his experience that he slept soundly for the first time in days and has awoken elated, invigorated and excited about being able to share his adventure with friends and family. It was a magical dat that will live with him forever.
Aston Workshop = Nulli Secundus! |

| Martin Horstel (July 2009) |
| Dear Paul: We just arrived back home with our wonderful Aston Martin DBS V8. It was a great experience to purchase this lovely car from the Aston Workshop: A perfect car, with excellent service included to make her just very well prepared for much more than just for the ride back to Germany. Whats more, it was a great pleasure for my family, including my two young boys, to visit you, John and Bob on the weekend again. The excellent organisation, the enjoyable test drive with some of the great Astons of your collection, and finally a perfectly set up transfer made it a really memorable weekend trip. We will be back! Many thanks to you and all your colleagues, With best regards, Martin Hörstel & family |

| Mark Robinson |
| Afternoon Paul,
I just wanted to send an e-mail to let you know how wonderfully well the Aston performed on its recent journey to the south of France.
The car was set up superbly and I want to take this opportunity to thank Mick Durrant for his work in making the car such a pleasure to drive – it was incredibly responsive and provided a quite wonderful soundtrack – in fact there were times when I wondered whether I really needed a radio in the car because the raw power and kick down is just pure pleasure to listen to.
The car looked magnificent and rightly received some admiring glances in the UK, but even more in France. Quite regularly, cars would speed up to take a prolonged look at the car and I lost count of how many phones were pointed at the car to take pictures. By the time I got to Le Mans, things reached ridiculous levels. To get to the campsite you have to drive through a couple of sections where fans line the street to admire the cars that fellow Le Mans fans bring. I approached a throng who applauded the arrival of the Aston and one man kneeled on the road in front of me – all very bizarre. On the campsite the Aston was regularly photographed and the French were very keen to learn more – all they kept saying was “We love Aston Marteeen”. One man had heard that the engineer put their name on the engine when it was built so when I showed him Mick Wilson’s plate he was heartily impressed.
On the journey which followed to the southern French coast there were admiring glances at the car from many people – including the gendarmerie! I lost count of how many people did a double-take. Throughout the week or so I was away, the car started first time every time and I’m ashamed to say that the only time when I thought things were going wrong it was the fault of yours truly – I’ve become so used to modern cars with engine management systems that when the temperature dials started rising I feared the worst but actually it was perfectly normal.
B119 WWT is a truly wonderful car to drive and I feel that after 2000 miles I have a much greater understanding of what the car can do and why it is such a pleasure to own. Without question, the vehicle is a credit to the Workshop and to the work you have all done to make it as enduring to drive as it is to look at.
I look forward to taking the opportunity to drive the car again very soon. Kind regards, Mark

| Dear Clive.
It was a pleasure to feature the Aston Martin DB5, registration number GGW
2C, on the cover of Octane magazine last month.
The car is absolutely stunning and it was a joy to drive for the duration of
the test feature.
I was not aware that your Aston Workshop undertook the comprehensive
restoration of this car in 2002 nor that you looked after it up until 2006.
Having now seen the detailed photographs of the restoration work you
undertook it is clear that this Aston's superb level of finish is very much
as a result of your firms work. An excellent job.
The exterior panels, panel gaps and surfaces are absolutely flawless and, as
quoted in the article, 'things just get better inside.' Seldom have I
experienced such a beautifully trimmed and finished interior.
As well as looking outstanding the DB5 behaved impeccably throughout the day
and it proved to be fantastic to drive on the motorways as well as on the
fast country roads.
As mentioned in the feature, this is undoubtedly one of the Best Aston
Martins In The World!
And sorry I messed up and wrote that it has a 4-speed gearbox. I enjoyed its
immense grunt in 5th, I can assure you.
Regards,
Robert Coucher

Hi Paul, Just a few lines to tell you that I took out the E on Sunday for its first expedition.
I can't tell you enough how pleased I am with the beast, and would like to take this opportunity to thank all at Aston Workshop for a restoration that surely cannot be bettered.
I had trouble getting out of the petrol station at the start of the run, there were that many guys taking photos of it. The old chap ( 91years) that I ride the classic bikes with, has a mate that worked on the E-Type production line for most of its run, and says he does not remember any of the cars leaving the factory in that sort of condition, which has got to be the ultimate compliment to you all. But just one thing Paul, before your head swells so your hat doesn't fit,----I found out why we had trouble in starting the car in order to get it off the transporter, someone, would you believe, had syphoned all the petrol out of the tank. They must have done because you surely would not have forgotten to fill it up would you? Perhaps we can settle this with a couple of beers when I come out on the 17th of next month. Best Regards Line |

| Dear Bob and Dear John, I just came back from my trip to Italy where I drove the Mille Miglia route from Brescia to Rome and back. As a non-official participant I was able to fully use the potential of the Aston and I am happy to say that the car drove fantastic and never missed a beat. Furthermore the road handling was excellent and me and my friend Hans really enjoyed the car. I think this is a compliment to The Aston Workshop and the team that build my car. Here are a few photo's to illustrate the trip. Thanks again for building such a fine car for me! Kind regards, Rob Keereweer |

| Paul, Just dropping you a short e.mail to thank you and the whole team for doing such a great job on my car. The engine ran beautifully all the way down to London (we almost got home on a tank of petrol) and the car looked fantastic (especially the wire wheels); We had many admirers. We had a great drive until we hit Friday evening rush hour traffic around the M25. It has been a pleasure buying a car from a team of people who are so obviously passionate and knowledgeable about what you do and the way the car was presented and ran was evidence of that. Your reputation is well known, but I would happily tell anyone who is interested what a great service you all provide. Thank you for Max's Aston Martin hats. It helped that my co-pilot looked the part. Finally, thank you for all the time you spent with me, which I have really appreciated. With best regards, James |

| Paul,
That's great, thanks for those. After the slight scare, we had a great trip around the Borders at the weekend and the car didn't miss a beat. The car is superb, an exceptional example. The previous owners have really looked after it well.
I'll get the fuel gauge checked out though, as I'm pretty sure it wasn't reading empty when it ran out. It might be worth asking Nigel if he was aware of the gauge reading high or perhaps sticking? It seems to read correctly between full and half tank, but I didn't dare test it any lower on the way home! I'll take a can of fuel out with me and run the tank down again and see when it runs out.
Your bodywork guys did a great job on those little paint touch ups too thanks. I had another good look round the car last night and its completely spotless.
All the best,
Pete.

Dear Paul,
Thank you for hospitality at the Aston Workshop at the last Monday. I have to say that I was positive astonished and impressed about you professional work and the engagement of you team. I had the opportunity to see how an Aston can revive from a skeleton to a beauty. Your team and their head John accomplish an excellent job.
It was a pleasure to walk around the showroom and to have a visit at the single departments of motoring, chassis and body work and the others.
Please do not give up your enthusiasm and love for the Aston Martin cars.
Thank you for the joyful day.

Thanks once again.

| Hi Jackie,
How impressive is that? My calendar has arrived this morning! Not as impressive as the calendar itself, however.
So far, I have restricted myself to the back cover only and will enjoy each of the prints in their full glory as next year’s months pass… assuming I can resist the temptation to turn over!
Thank you for sending it and thank you too to whoever in your business was contributory to its development and to offering it to owners in exchange for their addition to your database.
Kind regards,
Andrew |

| Dear Jackie,
My apologies, I meant to send you an e-mail yesterday to thank you for the calendar. It arrived safely on Tuesday evening and it absolutely beautiful. Also, thanks for the DB Heaven magazine – very nice reading matter !
I’m not sure if you know, but the AMOC has an on-line forum and there have been a lot of very complimentary posts regarding this calendar and the Aston Workshop offer. The photographer (Tim Wallace) has also made some posts and received praise for his excellent photographs.
Once again, many thanks to everyone at Aston Workshop for the great calendar which will have pride of place on my office wall and many thanks to you for your excellent service.
Kind regards, Steve. |

Hi Jackie,
Sorry to miss you! I am going to New Mex for the w/e and so will not be at my phone. This is not going to work, I would need the car for Pebble in August, and the time schedule is way off. YOU HAVE BEEN AN ABSOLUTE STAR AND I AM MOST GRATEFUL, all the best

Dear Paul and Staff,
I would first like to thank you all for your efforts in making buying an Aston Vantage from you, such a rewarding experience.
The friendly team spirit from all concerned, Geoff the Paint Manager, to mechanics in the Workshop really made my car how I wanted it, and yourself workuing closely, keeping me informed in how things were developing, I wish you all the very best. |

"Hi Dean,
We would just like to take this opportunity to thank you and all the team at Aston Workshop for making the purchase of the above vehicle an absolute pleasure.
My dad (Roger) arrived home late last night after a superb 300 mile journey - despite the bank holiday traffic. He is delighted with the car and both of us extremely impressed with the level of service that you afforded us throughout the purchase.
We will certainly be recommending you to friends and family should they be looking for a classic Aston Martin.
Once again, many thanks
Lee" |

"Many thanks for all your help. Rest assured I'll pop in again when I'm up that way. The lure of all those Astons will be too strong to ignore.
I'd also like to thank you for the way you have handled the deal. These things can sometimes be difficult but I think you have kept me well informed and been fair along the way. It makes a big change not to have to deal with a pushy salesman."

"We were welcomed so warmly and you allowed me to sample my dream car without hesitation. I was hooked….The Aston experience just gets better and better. Just as you said the car needs using and for my part I am learning about the car and its good and bad points (although there are not many of the latter)….I must admit to having had a degree of trepidation when achieving what was a life long ambition to own an Aston. I have not been disappointed in any way. I would like to thank your good self and the rest of the team for allowing me to fulfil my dream. It has been a very pleasurable experience which I have no doubt will continue. Knowing that you guys are there is very important in allowing us poor mortals to own and run a slice of automotive history."
