We have available a very interesting DB6 Mk1 with manual transmission converted to Vantage specification, she also has an excellent DB6 Mk2 upgrade including flared arches and Mk2 style seats with fitted head rests. This Aston has had extensive work completed from 1998 to 2006, the chassis was completely rebuilt and included new stills and outriggers, engine and boot bay panels. All aluminium bodywork was stripped with new outer sills, door skins and rear valance. Engine was rebuilt to 4.2 Litre Vantage specification with new clutch and slave cylinders. The rear axle was overhauled and a limited slip differential was fitted. This is only a partial explanation of the work completed and a fully comprehensive work list is available for scrutiny. She also benefits from power steering and a modern day air conditioning system. All in all a very well prepared and usable Aston Martin DB6, once again this Aston must be viewed and driven to fully appreciate her pedigree.
