As reported last month, owner of Aston Workshop Bob Fountain is currently undertaking a month-long Peking to Paris Challenge which started on the 27th of May.

Bob and his team mate Joe De Georgi who owns Secco Restaurant & Bar in Newcastle have joined 100 participants from all over the world as they compete to drive from Peking to Paris in a 1934 Lagonda M45 Tourer, lovingly restored by the Aston Workshop team over the last 9 months.

Contact with Bob will be sporadic, because of the terrain and lack of internet connection, but when we receive photographs we will post them here.
